LISD Superintendent Letter to the Community - Nov. 10, 2014
Dear Lewisville ISD Community: It is with a sad heart that I announce my retirement effective January 31, 2015. I have had a great career beginning in 1980. I have loved every minute of it. I want to thank the administrators and boards that have given me the chance to serve their children: Splendora, Lancaster, Sunray, Tuloso-Midway, Birdville and Lewisville. It has been an honor to serve all of those districts. Read more...

Updated Parent Notice: Pearson Homework Helper - Oct. 23, 2014
Dear LISD Parents,

This communication serves as an update from LISD's Oct. 1, 2014 email regarding Pearson DIGITS website for 6th, 7th and 8th grade math. LISD has received the Homework Helper Practice Books for each student. During the next week, the district will deliver these Homework Helper Practice Books to all middle school campuses. This printed resource is similar to a typical textbook and should be in your student’s hands soon. Pearson continues to work on the online homework portion of the program.
Parents - please use the About | Staff Directory menu above to access teacher webpages.
Fewer teachers are using Schoolweb this year and more have created Google Sites and Classrooms. We are using the DMS website staff directory as the main point of contact for parent-teacher communication.
